27/11/2017 - Mass Group Holding Ltd. received the Majestic Falcon Award 2017 for Quality and Excellence presented by the Otherways Association.

Mass Group Holding Ltd.(MGH) brings home The Majestic Falcon Award that was presented to them on the 27th November, 2017. The prestigious Majestic Falcon Award for Quality & Excellence is presented to a limited number of selected companies as an achievement on a corporate level to recognize their prestige in the market, the quality offered and their excellence.
The award was received by Mass Holding Group Representatives behalf of the Chairman of the Board Mr. Ahmed Ismail in the presence of official delegations and businessmen from around the world.
The award is based on the criteria of customer satisfaction, leadership, continuing education and training together with the maximum business results achieved.
The voting process is quite elaborate as it does not just dependent on customer reviews but also based on the consultation of media, consultancy companies, advertising agencies, chamber of commerce, embassies, polls, including the on-line macro-poll analyzed by the selection committee, which makes the final decision to select the annual awardees.
